When you file with us, we print and mail the forms to your recipients and we electronically file your forms with the IRS. You need to print the forms for your records or mail to the appropriate state governmental agency, if applicable.


Our electronic filing eliminates the need to submit paper documents to the IRS. 

CAUTION: Do not send Copy A of the paper forms to IRS/IRB for any forms filed electronically. This may result in duplicate filing and erroneous notices could be generated.
